Stop calls and texts
Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. To stop calls from a partner, tell the person who calls; they must respect that. To stop hearing from us, email us with the phone number and email address you gave us.
If you have already been matched with a partner, asking us to stop does not stop them automatically. They keep your details under their own privacy policy, so you may need to contact them as well. Ask us and we will tell you which partners you were matched with.
Your information
Email us to find out what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, or to opt out of its sale or sharing for advertising. Tell us which of these you want, and write from the email address or include the phone number you used so we can find your record. Our privacy policy explains these rights.
What we can't help with
- Quoting, buying, changing or cancelling a policy. We are not an insurer or an agent.
- Claims, renewals or billing. Contact your insurer; the number is on your policy documents.
- Advice on which cover to buy. A licensed insurance professional in your state can help.
